Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return.

Return Policy

  • We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • First return ships free! Additional returns may be subject to a restocking or return shipping fee.
  • Upon approval of your return, you will receive a store voucher or a refund to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
